Header Forge is a browser extension for configuring HTTP/HTTPS request headers. It has no developer-operated backend, advertising, analytics, account system or cloud synchronization.
Locally stored information. Header names, values, optional titles, URL patterns, rule order, toggle states and interface language are stored in your browser profile using chrome.storage.local. The extension does not read page content, browsing history or request bodies, and does not keep traffic logs.
Request headers. When an enabled rule matches a permitted HTTP/HTTPS request, Chrome sends the configured header value to that request's destination server. A blank URL pattern applies to all permitted HTTP/HTTPS requests. Header values may contain credentials or other sensitive information you enter; choose appropriate URL scopes. Destination servers handle received headers according to their own policies. Header Forge does not send configuration to its developer or analytics providers.
Clipboard. Clicking Copy writes the selected rule, including its header value, to your clipboard. Paste import uses text you explicitly paste into the import field. The extension does not read or monitor the clipboard automatically. Copies you share are controlled by you.
Control and deletion. You can edit, disable or delete rules, pause all rules, or uninstall the extension. Deleting a rule removes it from the extension's saved configuration and active rule set; uninstalling removes this extension's local data managed by Chrome. Deleting local data does not revoke credentials or remove header values already received by destination servers or copied elsewhere.
No personal information is sold or used for advertising. Future changes in data handling will be reflected in this policy. For questions, use the support contact provided by the publisher in the Chrome Web Store listing.

管理和删除。 你可以修改、关闭、删除规则、暂停全部规则或卸载插件。删除规则会移除其本地配置及活动网络规则；卸载会移除 Chrome 管理的该扩展本地数据。删除本地配置不能撤销凭据，也不能删除目标服务器已收到或你已复制到其他地方的内容。
